godblessed is a one-piece musical project. The mainly instrumental music of godblessed is based upon electronic instrument recordings, field recordings, found sounds & ordinary electric and acoustic studio recordings.

The mixture between the accidental and the planned, the brooding and beautiful, the haunted and haunting as well as the improvised and rehersed is a signature of godblessed. Sounds of mistakes, bleeding waveforms, acoustic leakage, assembleges and hidden intentions are all part of the musical soundscape. Thus, aiming to create an aural picture with more depths than merely the musical content.

These sounds exists as a way to try to avoid being locked away. Writing and recording music have become a superior way to relieve some of the strain it takes being a human, and yet, trying to remain undamaged with all empathic abilities preserved. It's has become a necessity, just to try to stay a little bit sane.

The thought backdrop for the music is that of moving around in the outer daily world wearing headphones with self-imposed isolationing music. Being in a social environment while still being almost entirely on your own. For utmost experience; try to get lost in the sound as it is actually happening. Since music solely exists in the present, you need to stay susceptible.
